We offer free support to our semi-custom and custom website clients for 30 days after your site launches. However, we also understand that down the road you might have some issues, want to make some changes in your website, or have some questions about best marketing practices and need a bit of extra help. There are two ways to get tech support help from us: priority support from our monthly Website Care Plan or One-Time Help and/or Emergency Support Assistance.
Priority Support: Website “Peace of Mind” Care Plan
Our Website Care Plan protect your website investment and give you peace of mind knowing your site is updated, backed up, and secured from hackers. We also provide hands-on assistance your ongoing small website tasks, and how-to tips for coordinating your online marketing and social media. Clients on our Care Plan receive priority assistance for new work, fixes, and change requests.

One-Time Website Support Help Requests
If you prefer to maintain, backup and secure your site on your own and are just looking for some one-time help instead of using our Website Care Plans, we can get that done for you. One-Time assistance is billed at a higher rate if you are not on our Website Care Plan. See your Website Care Plan for discounted rates.
Standard One-Time Support Request
Standard Support is offered at a rate of $125/hour with a minimum of one hour*. After that, we bill in 15 minute increments. Response time for Non-emergency site support is within 48hrs or less.
Emergency One-Time Support Request
Emergency Support is $200 per hour*. It means we’re going to drop everything we’re doing, reschedule other clients and help you right now. Response time during normal business hours is same-day ASAP. Outside of normal business hours the response time is ASAP on the next day.
Hacked Website Repairs
**We highly recommend you use hacker specialists Sucuri to fix your site. If you need us to help you locate a backup of your site, or coordinate the work with Securi, either the Standard or Emergency One-Time Support Request rate will apply depending on how fast you need our assistance. Fees to Securi or other outside vendors will need to be paid directly by you at the time the work is performed.
*Payment is due via PayPal before we begin work on your support request. We charge for one hour in advance and bill after project completion for any hours past that of the initial payment. For hacked website restorations or projects expected to take more than 2 hours, we will submit a quote for approval prior to beginning work. If during the work we discover that any part of an issue was due to an error on our part, we will happily refund you the cost of that fix.
