Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM, Central Time. (Saturday is our “continuing education” day, and Sunday is our day of rest.)
Our Summer hours from Memorial Day to Labor Day are Monday through Thursday 9AM to 5PM, and Friday 9AM to Noon.
Unless you have a mission critical emergency – e.g. a hacked website, or website is down – all support requests received after office hours will be handled the next business day.
We strive to clear all requests within 24 hours; if you have some non-emergency maintenance or upgrades, we ask that you give us 48 hours to complete your work.
